"I happen to have one of these in box with manual and power supply... it was an eval unit that I used for a short time."

NOTE: The Main Board P/N is generic, but the Media Board's last three digits correlate to the NODEM unit's P/N. Ex. Cheapernet Media BD 417606-00 is part of the NODEM-E (419600)

NODEM-C (419500) Thick Ethernet with AUI and DB-15 connector
NODEM-T (419700) SynOptics Ethernet with on-board MAU and RJ-45 Connector
NODEM-E (419600) Thin Ethernet with on-board MAU and a BNC connector

O/S Support
Macintosh  "NODEM System Diskette for Apple Macintosh", Ver 1.0
Supplied with a system diskette for Plus, SE, Il, and future Macintosh computers.

PC and PS/2 Real Soon Now [RSN]
"In the near future, Adaptec will introduce IBM PC and PS/2 system diskettes for Nodem that will allow existing hardware to be used with IBM PCs and compatibles."

OS/2 Real Soon Now [RSN]
Adaptec has plans to introduce additional Nodem software supporting LAN Manager and OS/2 networking applications.

POWER
The wall-mounted power supply/transformer connects to J5 on the Media Board. It  looks to feed the main board power section through one of the 10 pin receptacles..

16 volt AC @ 2A, 40 watts, 47-400Hz [potentially 2.5A]

  Moussa did MATH and said "16v x 2A = 32 watts, you're missing 0.5A"
