DOS/Windows 3.x drivers have been seen in the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) collection of 1995 or 1996.

Thomas-Conrad ARCnet adapters, when set to the enhanced mode of operation, operate exclusivly with Thomas-Conrad drivers. When set to the compatible mode, Thomas-Conrad ARCnet adapters will work with most ARCnet drivers from other manufacturers. The main difference is enhanced mode drivers require no I/O port address.
