DLCSDLC Asynchronous Function Subroutine Calls
Datagram data received is not supported, and the synchronous data link
control (SDLC) device manager (DLCSDLC) never calls the rcvd_fa function.
DLCSDLC is compatible with each of the other asynchronous function subroutines
for the kernel user.
