Creating the Communications Center installation diskettes:
1. From the Windows 95 desktop, click "Start", "Find", "Files or Folders". In the "Named:" field, type "accwin", and click "Find Now".

2. A list of the files will appear in the lower half of the find window. Locate the ACCWIN_1.EXE file in the list, and double click on its icon.

3. A DOS window will appear prompting you to insert a blank diskette in drive A, and then press Enter. Insert a floppy diskette into drive A, and press "Enter". Diskette 1 will be created. This process will take about 2 minutes. When the files have been extracted, press 'N' when asked if you want to make another copy, and then close the DOS window. Remove the diskette from drive A, and label it as "Installation Disk #1."

4. Repeat the step above for diskettes 2, 3, and 4. In each case, double click on the ACCWINxx.EXE (ACCWIN_2 for diskette #2, etc.) file in the Find window, and then insert a blank diskette and press "Enter".

5. When you are finished, you will have created 4 separate installation diskettes.

Installing the Communications Center Update:
1. Insert Installation Disk #1 (the disk created from ACCWIN_1.EXE) into drive A.

2. Click "Start", "Run", type "a:\setup" in the run dialog box, and press "Enter".

3. The Communications Center setup program will initialize. Click "Next" on the "Welcome" window that appears.

4. Click 'Next' again on the "Select Program Folder" screen.

5. The Communications Center files will begin copying from diskette #1 to the hard drive. You will be prompted to insert diskettes 2, 3, and 4 as they are needed.

6. When the installations is complete, a "Restart Windows" message box will appear stating that you will need to restart Windows before using the updated Communications Center. Remove the floppy diskette and click "OK" to restart Windows. The Communications Center update has now been installed.
