This type of customization is stored in permanent setting files: these settings will not be lost if you end your session.

Select the Tools -> Options command.
The Options dialog box opens. -
Select the Mechanical Design category in the left-hand box.

Click the Assembly Design sub-category.
Four tabs let you set assembly and constraint settings to be used in an assembly document. 
- The General tab lets you set the general options.
- The Constraints tab lets you define the constraint options.
- The DMU Clash - Process tab lets you define the digital mock-up clash options.
- The DMU Sectioning tab lets you define the digital mock-up sectioning options.

Select the General category in the left-hand box.

Select the Parameters and Measure sub-category.

Select the 3D Annotations Infrastructure sub-category.

- The Display tab lets you define the annotation display options.
- The Manipulators tab lets you set the manipulator options.
- The Annotation tab lets you the annotation display options.
- The View/Annotation Plane tab lets you define the view/annotation plane options.

Select the Product Structure sub-category.
Various tabs are displayed, the Cache Management and Cgr Management tabs also interfere with Weld Design.
