etc/vac.cfg - Default Batch Configuration File

IBM VisualAge C++ includes multiple versions of the default batch configuration file. When you install VisualAge C++, only one of these configuration files is linked to /etc/vac.cfg according to the following criteria:

• If the level of your operating system is AIX 4.3, /etc/vac.cfg is linked to the vac.cfg.43 default batch configuration file
• If the level of your operating system is AIX 4.2, /etc/vac.cfg is linked to the vac.cfg.42 default batch configuration file
