Problem:       Problem accessing web based reports using Internet               
               Explorer 5.0.                                                    
Action Taken:  Cust can send a file with errors he is receiving. He             
               is not sure if there is data in the reports.                     
             * Cust also wants to know if there is an RMI patch for 5.0.        
             * Contacted Dan Hays and will transfer call over to                
               queue AXLAN,12U for his follow-up.                               
Action Plan:   Requeue call to queue AXLAN,12U for Dan Hays to follow-up

Called customer and customer has Nways123 and IE5.0...getting error             
messages from Java console(sending file to me).                                 
I indicated that I wasn;t sure if IE5.0 was tested with Nways123 but            
would check and call customer back.

Called customer and left message indicating that the IE5.0 should work          
but cannot guarantee since it was not available when Nways123 was               
shipped. IE4.0 was tested and should work OK but, in any case, the              
RMI patch will be necessary. The CDROM contains the RMI patch which            
can be downloaded to the target machine and installed. Asked customer           
to call back if any further assistance needed.

We regret to report at this time that NWAYS is no longer supported.             
                                                                                
However, we will keep this PMR open until tomorrow in an attempt to

Researching IE5.0 requirements on Nways NT. The recommended procedure           
is:                                                                             
1) remove any previous RMI patch                                                
2) remove any previous Ineternet Explorer.                                      
3) install IE5.0 using Custom installation path where installation of           
Java Virtual Machine is selectable.                                             
4) install RMI patch from Nways media.                                          
                                                                                
I called customer and described procedure. Customer will proceed with           
recommended procedure and call back if any further problem or to report         
successful completion.
