Is there any way to set time limits for inactive users in
Net.Commerce?

In Net.Commerce you can set the timeout limit for payment
transactions in the ncommerce.ini file by changing the value
of 'PAY_STATE_TIMEOUT'.
You can drop inactive threads attached to the database by using
the DB2 Governor. The governor gathers statistics about
applications running against a database. It then checks those
statistics against rules that you specified in a governor
configuration file that applies to that specific database. You
can set timeout limits in this configuration file. Details on
