ds_form: Error EhwSearch 32 After Migration to 4.3.3

Environment

AIX Level 4.3.3 and above.

Problem

	ds_form: EhwSearch32 unexpected error condition occured

Solution

1. If the miscellaneous section on the Documentation Library front page has any indexes, remove the indexes by entering the following:

   	cd /usr/docsearch/indexes
   	rm -r <index.name>
   	cd /usr/docsearch/indexes/imnmap.dat
   

   Remove the preceding imnmap.dat entry for the index in error.

2. Enter the following:

   	cd /var/docsearch/indexes
   	rm -r <index.name> 
   	cd /var/docsearch/indexes/imnmap.dat
   

   Remove the preceding imnmap.dat entry for the index in error.

3. Clean out the cache in the browser and launch the Documentation Library. Attempt a search and if Ehwsearch32 appears again, enter the following:

   	rm -r /usr/docsearch
   	rm -r /var/docsearch
   

4. Uninstall the following filesets:

   	IMNSearch.all
   	All html documentation
   

5. Force-overwrite the following filesets from the first CD of the 4.3.3 Base Installation media:

   	bos.docsearch.client.Dt                                       
   	bos.docsearch.client.com                                        
   	bos.docsearch.rte
   	bos.msg.en_US.docsearch.client.Dt
   	bos.msg.en_US.docsearch.client.com  
   	bos.html.en_US.topnav.navigate
   

6. Install the following filesets from the second CD of the 4.3.3 Base Installation media:

   	IMNSearch.all
   

7. Install the following filesets from the 4.3.3 Base, and if so desired, the Extended Documentation CD:

   	All html documentation
   

8. To reconfigure the Web Server, enter:

   	smitty web_configure
   

9. Clear the browser cache.

10. Launch the Documentation Library and attempt a search.
