Soft5080 HostConnect for AIX enables a RS/6000 with AIX Version 4 to work as an IBM 5088/6098 Graphics Channel Controller. It also allows you to access the host CAD/CAM applications from the 5080 Emulation Program running on an RS/6000 connected to the IBM Soft5080 HostConnect with TCP/IP.
