dbm_delete Subroutine

Deletes a key and its associated contents.

int dbm_delete ( db, key)

DBM *db;

datum key;

The dbm_delete subroutine deletes a key and its associated contents.

db	Specifies a database.
key	Specifies the key to delete.

Upon successful completion, this subroutine returns a value of 0. If unsuccessful, the subroutine returns a negative value.
