The Turkish keyboard, ID 440, generates six symbols in the Alt-Graphics state that are not marked on the key caps. These symbols and their associated keys are:

At the present time, AIX Version 4 does not support the Shift-Alt graphics state. However, the map for the Turkish keyboard ID 440 defines 16 symbols for the Shift-Alt graphics state. These symbols cannot be generated through normal typing conventions. They must be generated by holding down the Alt key and typing their respective numerical values on the number keypad to the right of the keyboard. These symbols and their associated key sequences are:
