Guide to Printers and Printing
Scheduling Print Jobs
Use the SMIT fast path to perform the following tasks.
Prerequisites
Your root user login name must be included in the /var/adm/cron/at.allow file or you must have root user authority.
Listing All Scheduled Print Jobs
At the prompt, type:
smit lsat
This command displays a list of all the print jobs
you have scheduled. If you have root user authority, the command lists all
currently scheduled print jobs.
Scheduling Print Jobs
- At the prompt, type:
smit sjat
- Select or type the appropriate date and time fields.
- Provide additional information as prompted.
Removing a Scheduled Job
At the prompt, type:
smit rmat
Select List to delete the job
number.
