- chlv Changes only the characteristics of a logical volume.
- chlvcopy Marks or unmarks mirror copy as a split mirror.
- cplv Copies the contents of a logical volume to a new logical volume.
- extendlv Increases the size of a logical volume by adding unallocated physical partitions from within the volume group.
- fileplace Displays the placement of file blocks within logical or physical volumes.
- logform Initializes a logical volume for use as a Journaled File System (JFS) or Enhanced Journaled File System (JFS2) log.
- lslv Displays information about a logical volume.
- lvmstat Reports input/output statistics for logical partitions, logical volumes and volume groups.
