The Remote Customer Support and Services package allows customers to access IBMLink from SMIT. Customers can connect to this remote customer support system using either a leased TCP/IP line, dial-up Serial Line Internet Protocol (SLIP) line, or SNA. This package has one fileset, bos.rcs.
The Remote Customer Support and Services package requires approximately 0.4MB of disk space.
Install requisite software either before or with the fileset you are installing from this package.
