The Encina Structured File Server for AIX Package contains the SFS Server, along with an ISAM emulation layer and sfsadmin administrative program. It consists of a single installable fileset, encina.sfs.
The Encina Structured File Server for AIX software requires approximately 2.2 megabytes of disk space.
Requisite software must be installed before or with the filesets you are installing from this package.

If you are running Encina on your system, it is recommended that you stop all Encina related processes before installing a new version or reinstalling Encina.
