The sthcondmn command starts the hcondmn subsystem. If the System Resource Controller (SRC) has not already been set up so that the hcondmn subsystem runs at startup time, the sthcondmn command also adds the necessary SRC instructions to the Object Data Manager (ODM) database files.
The sthcondmn command can be used to start the subsystem after installing the 3270 Host Connection Program (HCON), instead of restarting the system.
Note: You must have root user authority to run the sthcondmn command.
To start the hcondmn subsystem on a local system, enter:
/usr/lib/hcon/sthcondmn
/usr/lib/hcon/sthcondmn | Contains the sthcondmn command. |
