Notes:
+ Use this driver diskette only for the ThinkPad models listed above.
+ Before installing, make sure that you have installed the following software in the computer:
- ThinkPad Display Device Driver for OS/2 Warp
(IBM ThinkPad Video Features Diskette II for OS/2 Version 1.10 or later)
- Mwave DSP support software
- Video IN Recorder (in the OS/2 Warp BonusPak)
- MMPM/2 Update Diskette for OS/2 (ONLY NEEDED FOR WARP v3.0)
(This was named MPEG Features Diskette II for OS/2)
1. Start OS/2 Warp.
2. Open the Multimedia folder from the desktop, and click on Multimedia Application Install.
3. Insert the MPEG/Video Capture Driver II for OS/2 diskette into the diskette drive.
4. Specify which diskette drive you are installing from.
5. Select both Trident Video Capture and ThinkPad MPEG Features II.
6. Click on Install.
You see the following message in the dialog box:
"Specify the total number of this type of device in your machine:"
"Trident Video Capture"
7. When you see "1" as the number of the device, select OK. (Do not change the number of the device.)
8. Follow the instructions on the screen.
You see the following message in the dialog box.
"Specify the total number of this type of device in your machine:"
"IBM MPEG Enhanced"
9. When you see "1" as the number of device, select OK. (Do not change the number of device.)
10. Restart the computer.
