Important:
Please initialize the system prior to recovering their system.
This insures that the IRQ required by the external CD ROM drive is free. If the external CD-ROM drive does not have a free IRQ this will result in a CDR101 error.
To initialize the system do the following:
1. Boot the system holding the 'F1' key.
2. Click the 'Config' icon then Click 'Initialize'.
3. Choose 'OK' and reboot the system.
v2.50 - now includes a 10 second delay to allow the CDROM to spin up before starting the recovery process.
External PCMCIA CD-ROMs Supported:
These CD-ROM drives are currently support by the RECOVERY boot diskette:
1) IBM Portable CD-ROM Drive CD-20X
2) CNF Portable CD-ROM XA Drive 2X
