Description
LT428D.EXE is a self-extracting zip file. The files contained within are used for updating
Australian Aptiva 2140-LQ1, 2140-LQ2, 2140-LQ3, 2140-LQ4, 2140-LQ5, 2140-LQ6, 2140-LQ7, 2142-SQ1 and 2142-SQ2 systems equipped with the Lucent Technologies Winmodem to driver version 4.28D.

These drivers should also be used on 2161-E64, 2161-E84, 2162-Q81, 2162-Q91, and 2162-Q3C when using Windows 98.
