WORKAROUND:

DETAILS:

This should be done on all service calls which deal with a fan problem on the Netfinity 7000-M10 server. Booting to the flash diskette (to verify the level) can be done prior to changing card to correct errors.

New code 15 will eliminate the fan error messages generated by old code.

Note: The fan can still fail as a hardware problem.
