SYMPTOM:

Unable to create diskettes

PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:

•  The system is a Netfinity 3000 server, Type 8476, any Model.
•  The system is using ServerGuide 4.1.
•  The BIOS level of the system is prior to version 17A.

FIX:

Apply the latest Netfinity 3000 BIOS update diskette, e.g. "Netfinity 3000 BIOS Flash Update Diskette v1.23" or later, available from the following URL:
