The wrong processor type jumper setting may damage the CPU.
The system only supports dual-voltage CPU.

Memory - DIMM

  If there is no VGA DRAM daughter card installed, DIMM 0 must be fitted with DRAM module.
The System has two system memory module sockets DIMM 0 and DIMM 1. These sockets hold dual in line memory modules (DIMM) that contains 3.3V signal or double-sided synchronous DRAM (SDRAM).

The maximum memory size is 256 MB total (16MB, 32MB, 64MB or 128MB DIMM).
