3.5Vdc = 1-2, 3.35Vdc = 2-3

JP15, JP17 Host bus / CPU speed ratio
2/3 = Jumper 1-2 and 1-2
1/3 = Jumper 2-3 and 1-2
1/2 = Jumper 1-2 and 2-3
