The architecture of the adapter and the architecture of the slot the
adapter is installed in must be the same. (Examples: An EISA adapter
must be installed in a EISA slot, and a Micro Channel adapter must be installed in
a Micro Channel slot.

If OS/2 LAN Server provides a device driver for the network
adapter, use the table above to
determine the appropriate device driver to
select during the installation process. If OS/2 LAN Server
does not provide the device driver, use the NDIS device driver located on the
diskettes supplied with the adapter. (Check the adapter documentation
for installation instructions.)
