Syntax
-qmaf | -qnomaf MAF | NOMAF
Purpose
Specifies whether floating-point multiply-add instructions are to be generated. This
option affects the precision of floating-point intermediate results. Before using this
option, see RISC System/6000 Floating Point
Hardware for more information about floating-point operations.
Notes
This option is obsolete. Use -qfloat=maf
in your new applications.
