Purpose
Unlocks the currently enabled vertex arrays.

Description
The glUnlockArraysEXT subroutine unlocks vertex arrays locked
by the glLockArraysEXT subroutine.
Errors
| INVALID_OPERATION |
The glUnlockArraysEXT subroutine is called without
a corresponding previous execution of
glLockArraysEXT. |
| INVALID_OPERATION |
The glUnlockArraysEXT subroutine is called between execution of
Begin and the corresponding execution of End. |
