Soft5080 Runtime Environment Package Information

The Soft5080 Runtime Environment package contains all filesets required for the successful operation of the Soft5080 product.

Fileset Names

Soft5080.rte.base Soft5080 Base Runtime Environment

This fileset contains main executable files.

Soft5080.rte.pwr Soft5080 Runtime Environment - Power

This fileset contains the executable file for Non-PowerPC models such as 3XX, 5XX, or C1X.

Soft5080.rte.ppc Soft5080 Runtime Environment - PowerPC

This fileset contains the executable file for PowerPC models such as 25X, 4XX, or C2X.

Soft5080.rte.gto Soft5080 Runtime Environment - gto

This fileset contains the executable file for any model with GTO/Gt4 Graphics adapter.

Soft5080.rte.dbe_pwr Soft5080 Runtime Environment - DBE Power

This fileset contains the executable file for a Non-PowerPC model with a Graphics adapter supporting DBE.

Soft5080.rte.dbe_ppc Soft5080 Runtime Environment - DBE PowerPC

This fileset contains the executable file for a PowerPC model with a Graphics adapter supporting DBE.

Soft5080.rte.gateway Soft5080 Gateway Runtime Environment

This fileset contains gateway executable files. The target machine to be used as a host gateway machine requires this fileset.

Soft5080.rte.fconv Soft5080 Kanji Font Converter Runtime Environment

This fileset contains Kanji (Japanese) font converter.

Soft5080.rte.samples Soft5080 Utilities and Resource File Samples

This fileset contains resource file samples to run Soft5080 the same as IBM 5085/86 Graphics Processor.

Soft5080.rte.Dt Soft5080 Common Desktop Environment

This fileset contains files that enable integration of Soft5080 into AIX Common Desktop Environment.
