Installation Experiences from PENPUBS. I have a customer who would
like to get this manual. I tried looking for it under "pubs" on
HONE and could not find it.
Where can the customer get this manual? Is it ONLINE somewhere on
the Internet? Is it on a CDROM? Or what is its order number from
Mechanicsburg?

"PSF/6000 Installation Experiences" is not a formal IBM publication,
but rather the documented results of an internship during the summers
of 1993 and 1994. Much of the information in this document has been
incorporated into the official PSF for AIX publications, particularly
as relates to printing from remote systems (which was the focus of the
other ASKQ item you referenced); see the Print Administration manual.
"Installation Experiences" has not been updated since August 1994, so
it does not include information on PSF for AIX Version 2 or on functions
added to PSF/6000 V1 R2 after that date (and there were quite a fewą).
However, it may still provide useful information.
Having said that, this document is available as part of the PSF6OLD
PACKAGE on the internal PENPUBS disk (owned by BPCTOOLS at BLDVMB) under
the name PSF6INST TERS3820. I will send a copy to your OV/VM userid
just in case you don't have easy access to PENPUBS.
