Upload function:  Customer is confused by conflicting statements in             
our documentation about the PL/I requirement for Upload. They are a             
PSF/MVS shop running TCP/IP V3R2.                                               
                                                                                
Flash 9703 (the way I read it and the way I've explained it to the              
customer) seems to say, in effect that you can use PL/I V2R3 run-time           
libraries *OR* Language Environment for MVS V1R5 which requires                 
OpenEdition MVS Services in MVS/ESA SP V5.  IT'S THEIR CHOICE.                 
                                                                                
Customer has the PSP info (or some such) which he says (I don't                 
have a copy) say YOU MUST have LE (and OpenEdition) to run Upload.              
Which is correct?  Thank you.

The FLASH was written by the developer of AFP Upload, and it is                 
correct.  If you find out exactly what they're referring to that                
state only LE370 is acceptable, please reopen this item so we can
