Spoke to customer, Steve Peterman. Reviewed PMR 85579 opened by                 
customer preceding evening with IBM Level 2. Documents customer                 
problem, upgrading AIX and SNA Server with NVDM 1.2.2. Reviewed                 
with IBM, Steve Peterman, IBM Level 2 recommendations to customer,              
to upgrade SNA Server to current level and apply APAR IX65938 via               
PTF for known communications problem with NVDM Transaction Program.             
Steve will confer with customer, Meijer.

Contacted customer regarding NVDM/6000 V1.2 running in a AIX 4.1.5              
environment.  Also told him about choosing the correct language                 
fileset when migrating from NVDM/6000 V1.2 to SD/AIX 3.1.4.                     
Recommended SD/AIX Quick Beginning manual (SH19-4333-01).
