User requires more than the 23 lines of output using tn3270
which emulates 3278-2 terminal. He is trying to get the 3278-3
model emulation with his tn3270 command as this model does allow
up to 43 lines of output (he says). How does one (if possible)
change this from a model 2 to a model 3 terminal type? His host
is a MVS machine.

A: The 'tn3270' command automatically tries to fit the largest screen it
can into the provided window. It tries to fit the a 3278 screen by
trying the following screens in order: Model 5 (27 rows, 132 columns),
Model 4 (43x80), Model 3 (32x80), and then Model 2 (24x80). Note that
'tn3270' requires an additional line at the bottom for status and OIA
display.
If the window is 44 lines high, then the emulation should try to use a
Model 4 screen. If it is still going to only a 24-line screen, please
check the following:
- The output of "stty -a"; look for "rows" and "cols". Make sure
they are correct for the current window or terminal.
- The value of the LINES environment variable (with "echo $LINES").
This should have the same value as "rows" above.
