We have a customer that will develop Netview/6000 and SMUX
applications,
They need some tool that converts data described with ASN.1 syntax
to C code.
Do you know if IBM or another vendor have a "compiler" which transforms
ASN.1 syntax to C Code in RS/6000 / AIX ?
RETIX is said to have one but it is awfully expensive and wants to
know if there are any alternatives.
ANSWER
Tell them to read the /usr/lpp/snmpd/smux/README file.
Item 6 in the README file discusses using the -c flag
with mosy.
