How can I change the symbol label font? I tried using the resource
font change, but it did not help.

You do not say what X-resource you changed. The information I have on
this is:
Edit the file /usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw, and comment all of the lines
that look like
*size20Font
*size10Font
*smallFont
(don't comment out the line)
*size30Font
That should make your symbol labels bigger. Make sure to stop and
start the user interface to see the changes.
CONTINUING WITH THE QUESTION:
We wish to change the font to another language (Hebrew) in our case
could this be done? we are using NetView Version 3 on AIX.
ANSWER
You cannot modify text (ala a code page or whatever)
for symbols.
