We're awaiting delivery of APL2 documentation, and have a number of
APL2 questions for the APL2 for the 6000 product. Do you
support APL2/6000?

The ITSC Austin (AIX Support) does not provide support for
APL2 for the 6000. The mechanism for support is to use the APL
Help service that can be contacted via .....

They will provide a best effort response and do not guarantee that your
question will be answered. They have advised me that they handle both US
and World Trade questions from IBM or Customers.
I have spoken to the hot-line and they also suggested use of the forum
APL26000 on the IBMAPL conference disk.
