RTS missing after U434979

After having applied U434979 and pre/co-req etc. it seems that AIX              
no longer supplies RTS to the connected printers. Before the fixes              
RTS was missing until first open (the spooler), but now it seems                
to be missing all the time, and we even lose data. What has been

ANSWER                                                                          
    The chain of prerequisites and corequisites may have pulled in              
    a device driver signal problem.  The best and safest way to                 
    eliminate the problem is to install the latest printer subsystem            
    PTF - U435111.  This will include device driver signal fixes.               
                                                                                
    Since much of the signal handling and at least one device driver           
    is common to the printer and tty subsystems, it would also be               
    advisable to install the latest tty subsystem PTF - U435110.

Question........:                                                               
Now I have installed U435110 & U435111 but it didn't help.                      
I also deleted the printer and recreated via smit, but it also                  
didn't help. I have booted the system but still no luck.
