POSIX 1003.1b support in AIX 4.1

Is POSIX 1003.1b (before 1003.4/D14) support in AIX 4.1 ??

   From previous items it seems that AIX 4.1 is POSIX 1003.1b compliant.        
   But, I could not find a reference publication to back this up.
