NV6000: Control desk seperate from main window.

Question:

Customer wants to have the control desk on a separate window than
Netview.

Response:

   Env: AIX 3.2.5
        Netview 3.1
   Desc: Customer would like to do 2 things with his Events Control
Desk window.  He would like the window to start up seperate from the
Main Netview window, and he would like the events list to start up as
a list, rather than as a set of cards.
   Action: Told the customer that he can do both of these in the
/usr/OV/app-defaults/Nvevents file.  To get the cards to come up
initially as a list, change:

nvevents.initialPresCard      : True

To "False".  To get the window to come up seperate from the rest,
change:

nvevents.outside              : False

To "True".  The customer did this, started Netview, and it came up
fine.
   Next Action: Customer agrees to close call.
