Adding VSDs - when necessary to bring all down

Env: PSSP 1.2, AIX 3.2.5
Desc: If the customer only wants to add VSDs to the configuration,
it can be done without taking down all other VSDs. The steps
   would be:
     1) create the logical volume
     2) define the new vsd with defvsd
     3) configure the new VSD with "cfgvsd newvsd_name"
     4) start the new VSD with "startvsd newvsd_name"
    5) change permissions of the /dev/rnewvsd_name file so
Oracle (if involved) can write and read.

If the customer wants to add a new server for VSDs, all VSDs
must be unconfigured and reconfigured so the device driver is
unloaded and reloaded with the new information.

In general, you can add VSDs, new volume groups, new logical
volumes, as long as they are attached to an already configured
  VSD server node.
