compiling lprafp: description file needs seperator character

DESC: customer is trying to follow a set of instructions to compile
the lprafp command.  When he tries to do the "make" command from the
instructions, he gets an error of "line \#59 of description file must
include a seperator character".

ACT: these instructions have him "cd /usr/lpp/psf/utils/lpr" and
uncomment some lines from two files: getopts.c and Makefile.

After examination of his Makefile, we found that the tabs that 
should be in that file had been converted to spaces by his other 
editor.  Using vi, he changed these back to tabs and was able 
to compile the command successfully.
