Desc:
  Trying to run the hllapi sample program that came with hcon.
  Getting: error, return code 9 received from function 10.
Action:
  Return code 9:  defined as system error
  Function 10:  HA_QUERY_SESSIONS
     (Having problems querying hcon sessions.)

1: Compiling with the right options:
    cc sample.c -l hllapi -l g3270 -l iconv -l cur -l odm -l fxfer 
     -o sample

2:  Check that the user was in the list of HCON users.

3:  Check to make sure user had sessions defined.

  In this case the user had deleted his usrdflts in his home directory.
  Removing and readding the user to the list of users, and redefining
   his sessions fixed the problem.
