0514-621 error configuring a device at AIX 4.1

Question:

Env:    AIX 4.1, Prodigy 14-cd CD Tower

Desc:   Trying to add the CD tower, and gets error:

0514-621 Warning: the following packages are required for device support,
        but are not currently installed.
device.scsi.tm

Action: This results from the fact that installation of the OS at 4.1
        only installs the drivers for the devices currently attached
        and recognized.  This driver package should be on the install
        tape and needs to be installed.

        To do this, go into SMIT, and follow this path:

        Software Installation and Maintenance
        Install and Update Software
        Install/Update Selectable Software (Custom Install)
        Install Additional Device Software

        Follow the screen's options to install the driver.

        Or, use "cfgmgr -i \", where \ is a 
        device that has installation media, such as a tape drive or
        CDROM device.  This option will automatically install the
        missing driver.
