Can't find U422467 on the 3.2.5 SPO tape

Env:
  AIX 3.2.0  upgrading to 3.2.5
  1/4" 150mb tapes

Desc: 
   Customer is trying to install PTF U422463 and it prereq by 
   U422467 (installp fix) which for some reason is not on the
   install media.

Action:
  1.  installp -lqd /dev/rmt0.1 > toc
  2.  grep 422467 toc
      no hit
  3.  grep 430214 toc   (U430214 is the supercede PTF to U422467)
      found it

  4.  installp -BNXacgqd /dev/rmt0.1 bos.obj 3.2.0.0.U430214
  
Next Action:
  installp -BNXacgqd /dev/rmt0.1 bos.obj 3.2.0.0.U422463
  Then install either U493250 or run update_all
