Desc:

'su - uucp' fails with the error: 

  3004-505: cannot set process environment.

It fails only with uucp.  su to other users works fine.

Action:

Check the initial program in 'smit chuser'. In this case, 
the entry field looked like: '[ ]' instead of: '[]'.  We 
removed the space and then su worked fine.
