Question on backing up and restoring remote sys via network

Env:
  AIX 3.2.5

Desc:
  Have several 220 systems without tape drives and without
  diskette drives.  If rootvg needs to be restored, need a
  way to boot system from network (using bootp).  Remote systems
  are bootp enabled.

Action:
  Currently the only solution is sysback/6000.  Which will
  support bootp enabled systems and restoration of rootvg
  with the equilivant of mksysb.

  Discussed some of the features of sysback and will send
  evaluation copy (good for 14 days).  Included in the 
  evaluation copy is documentation on setup and usage of
  the product.
