How to setup queue to EMULEX netque print server.

ENV: AIX 3.2.5, NETQUE Print Server, Remote printing.

DESC: I am setting up a remote print queue on the RS6000 to a NETQUE
Server. I need a walk through.  When I add it I get a queue DOWN.

ACTION:  Add the printer as a normal remote printer.  This
will use the rembak backend, and expects an lpd running on
the EMULEX netque server
Customer had chosen the name of his queue as the name on a SUN
server queue.  This was wrong, and an iptrace showed that 
this was not a valid queue name on the EMULEX>

On an emulex there are two queue names.  These are 'TEXT',
and 'PASS'.   Thus when adding the remote queue, the remote
queue name must be set to one of these two names in capitol
letters.
 Once he set the remote queue to TEXT, he was able to print.

If you have two printers, there is another way to set up
multiple lpd, need to run 4.13 and above on netque.  Those
versions allow multiple lpd printers to be defined on the
netque.

tn netque_ip 2048 
to telnet into the netque,  This is how to do setup.
show server.  - software version is on that screen.

Can download from the ftp server - rel_note.414 gives the
instructions on how to define multiple lpd printers.
Talked to the 'Emulex' software technical support which can be reached
at 1-800-854-7112 x8270,1 touchtone, take option 2 for senior technical
support.  The software is installed and printers built with an 'enstall'
script (e-is right in enstall for this like emulex).
