Getting SQL 1403 Message

Created a database on DB2 and I think I'm getting the error
from Query Manager

Response:

Turns out Mr. Nagel got past the original error and got hung up by creating
a new instance of a database.  The error he got this time was a QRW2072N.
I had him connect to the new instance and grant dba or adm (either one would
work) to the client having problems.  He did this while on the phone and
now all is working well.
