        Failed on run of command 'backup database', got
        error 'SQL2025N an I/O error: -14847 occurred'.

   Action: May be due to permissions.  If able to do backup as root then
should check permissions for user and on file. Also verify enough room is 
available in /tmp. Your temp file was 95% full.
        You will try both to see if can execute backup. 
        The backup directory must be writable by the server instance. 
Changing the permissions on the file made it accessible.
        Issue resolved.
