reinstall from SysBack boots to LED 554

Customer is trying to clone a 340 system to another 340 system using
Sysback.  He is backing up the 340 to a remote tape drive on yet 
another machine.  He installed from a local tape drive and the 
install works fine but when we reboot the system, it boots up
to 554 on the led.  

The customer has done fsck's, logform and tried recreating the 
boot LV in maintenance mode but it didn't fix anything.

He also tried copying over the generic ODM files and  booting 
up that way.

The only difference in configuration is one 1 GB drive and a 
tape drive.  Sysback version is 3.1.27.

The machine he backed up is at 3.2.3 extended, oslevel shows 
\<3.2.4 The machine who's tape he backed up to is at 3.2.5.  This 
is the problem.

He will go to the system at 3.2.3 extended and create sysback boot
diskettes.  He will use these to boot the target machine that
is currently booting to 554, and install the tape he made.  He 
does not have to boot from the tape. 

The customer made the diskettes on the like system and he was able
to install the system.
