Question:
 Getting a message saying "network monitor is not running"
 Enter /usr/OV/bin/ovstart netmond
 The error comes back again later.
Response:
 Their /usr file system had 0 space left. Had them reconfigure
 their filesystems as follows:

FILESYSTEM RECOMMENDATIONS:
  Filesystem      Space Free (KB)  
  /usr/OV         20000  
  /tmp            5000  
  /var            5000
Added space to the filesystems and everything is running.
